The Process Of Success
Our Flooring system consists of the Industries best 100% solids Bace coat, vinal flake and of course the leading UV-resistant polyaspartic top coat. All combined this gives you a chemical resistant coating that is also slip resistant. These floors are ideal for heavy foot traffic or vehicles!!
1. Mechanically grinding the area to ensure it is free of any old coatings, waterproofing, stains, dirt and allows us to achieve the correct profile for our coatings.
2. Crack and surface repair to keep the integrity of the floor and coatings.
3. We apply the best moisture barrier and basecoat with 100% solids application. We then broadcast our flake into the basecoat.
4. Once it has set up, we scrape and vacuum to ensure a level floor. Lastly we seal with a UV stable top coat and allow for cure.
